Driving DEIA Change Through Peer Leadership | Presentation Slides

In this interactive 80-minute workshop, participants will explore the transformative power of peer and lateral leadership in fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) within their organizations. Through case studies, group activities, and actionable strategies, attendees will learn how to build a network of DEIA advocates and empower change agents across their organizations. This session will provide a roadmap for leveraging peer leadership to embrace diverse perspectives, amplify underrepresented voices, and drive sustainable DEIA outcomes. Participants will leave with an action plan and resources to implement peer leadership strategies in their own workplaces.
