  • Look at how our departments and programs are organized to see if too much work is falling on too few people.
  • Review what work is being done in different parts of the agency to make sure the work is being done by people with the right information, experience, and abilities.
  • Break down funding barriers by connecting departments, programs, and funds in new and better ways to help the people we serve.
  • Help staff get access to important information about clients who are also getting help from programs in other divisions and departments.
  • Make it easier for clients by not asking for the same information many times for services provided by the same agency.
