(Posted April 17th, 2012) Staff from RTI, the independent evaluation contractor for Vermont's Tobacco Control Program, will come to Vermont for the annual site visit on April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd.  The site visit will encapsulate:

-The Biannual Public Comment Period,

-Meetings of Four of the Board's Sub-Committees,

-Departmental Technical Assistance Meetings,

-The TCP Workplan Planning Meeting, and

-The Monthly VTERB Meeting (Rescheduled to May 2nd in Burlington)

Public comment will be limited to 5 minutes per organization at the beginning of the Board meeting on May 2nd.  Written comments can also be submitted to the Board Administrator through email at stephen.morabito@state.vt.us or sent via land mail to Vermont Tobacco Evaluation and Review Board, 13 Baldwin St., Montpelier, VT, 05602.  Written comments must be received by May 4th, 2012.
