This is required training for supervisors in the Vermont Department of Corrections.
Agenda:
- A practical look at supervision
- Touching on several theoretical supervisory concepts
- Providing specific information about supervision in the State of Vermont system
- Providing a discussion forum to share ideas with your peers
Note:
This session was designed for Corrections supervisors. Other agency supervisors are welcome to attend. While we all work under the same legal and policy requirements, non DOC employees attending this class should know that many of the examples used in the discussion will be Corrections related.
