Training Overview
This training is to certify FTO Site Coordinators and Assistant site Coordinator in running and maintaining an FTO program at their work site. They will learn how to deliver the 6 standardized Lesson Plans that are needed to certify new FTO’s and Look at ways to improve program operations at their work site

Program Objectives
Participants will be able to:
-
Teach the 6 standardized Lesson plans to certify FTO’s at their own work site

Learn about maintaining an FTO program at their work site that is consistent with Directive 106.03
Target Audience
Facilities FTO site, assistant site coordinators and assistant site coordinators in training. All participants will be required to maintain their local worksites FTO program and to certify local FTO’s. Participants selected for this training program must have the ability to teach and lead FTO’s. Each Facility has two training slots and their site coordinator and assistant site coordinator are required to attend. Also I will have a third training slot available to each facility on a first come bases until I have 24 participants.
Registration Deadline
All participants must be registered by October 16th 2007. There will be 24 participants total.
Notes

All applicants must have the approval of their local training coordinator or local work site manger.
- Class starts at 0830
- Attire is Class room professional (Collard shirt and slacks, no blue jeans or tee shirts) or uniform.
- Lodging will be provided for anyone that has to travel over 50 miles to the training.
- Lunch will be provided on site. Breakfast and Supper are on your own and will be reimbursed thought the expense account process.
- Mileage will be reimbursed though the expense account process.

Cost
Free to all Correctional Personnel that have their work site mangers approval to attend.
