The CSC Program has evolved over the number of years that it has been the department's primary need reduction program for violent offenders. As a result, the program delivery manual is periodically enhanced to reflect increasingly effective and efficient processes. The latest revision will be the focus of this advanced training. Innovations to the program will be described and participants will have the opportunity to explore the means to implement the changes
