Objectives: Attendance at this session will enable the participant to:
1. Identify the continuum from uncivil to bullying behavior.
2. Detect and avoid unhealthy patterns of interaction in the workplace.
3. Explore utilizing a code of conduct, zero tolerance policy and staff education on managing difficult behaviors
Target Audience: Senior administration, managers, educators, & human resources staff
Presenter: Anne Walker, M.Ed. - Anne currently serves as adjunct faculty for VNIP intensive courses. She has over 20 years of experience working with organizations on developing collaborative environments and effective work teams.
