Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
This one-day training program is for those professionals who are interested in the interface of mindfulness in clinical treatment. The Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy program is designed to help those who suffer from recurring episodes of depression and unhappiness and brings together cognitive therapy with the practice of mindfulness. The core of this program lies in strengthening our innate capacity for awareness. In developing practices that increase our ability to live in the present moment, a different relationship to all the various modes of mind is supported.
