Frank Zetelski will review legal tactics during the first two hours of the training. The last hour of the morning will be spent receiving a confidentiality refresher from Robin Arnell. After a lunch break, Christin Semprebon will provide legal updates.
The Legal Tactics and Updates portions of the training are mandatory for Northwest Region CSS, Paralegal, and Attorney staff. The confidentiality refresher is mandatory for all Northwest Region staff.
