Frank Zetelski will review legal tactics during the first two hours of the training. The last hour will be spent receiving a confidentiality refresher from Robin Arnell.
The Legal Tactics portion of the training is mandatory for Southeast & Southwest Region CSS, Paralegal, and Attorney staff. The confidentiality refresher is mandatory for all Southeast & Southwest Region staff.
