This training is designed to orient and assist the professionals entering the role of Social Worker, Resource Coordinator, Supervisor or District Director within the first 6 months of hire.  This seminar provides an overview of the knowledge, values, and skills needed in the following areas:

-  The New Zealand model of Family Group Decision Making

-  Engaging youth and family and emplowering family voices in making decisions about their child(ren) and youth.
