RUFA Training
This five day training is required for ESD staff who determine eligibility for and administer the Reach Up Financial Assistance program.

During the course of this training, participants will learn to process a Reach Up eligibility application, identify household composition, determine categorical eligibility, define non-financial and financial eligibility criteria, determine how and by when to verify information, identify which forms are required, process manual budgets and complete an eligibility determination. They will also understand child support as it relates to Reach Up, learn to work in the ACCESS computer system and be able to describe a basic overview of Reach Services.
