Orientation to InvestEAP: The Role of the Supervisor
Supervisors play a key role in identifying problems for which EAP exists. You will learn how referrals are made, the availability of services, and the continued role of the supervisor while an employee receives services. InvestEAP is the State of Vermont's Employee Assistance Program. Myra Handy MSW, LICSW, account manager, will be the presentor. The training will be done in an hour and a half through "Leader" web conferencing. Participants will remain at their desk and view the training over the web with a phone connection. Because class size is limited, preference will be given to Department of Corrections supervisors.
