- Two required Trainings for all DAIL staff: In the morning, an overview to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and how it applies to the Dept of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living. In the afternoon, a workshop about Deaf culture, suggestions about interacting with someone who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and information about resources that are available.
