AHS Division of Operations and Planning
This Division is the overall planning and operational arm for the Agency of Human Services. The Division is comprised of four units that support the Secretary’s Office and the Agency’s departments and offices:
- Fiscal Operations Unit
- Human Resource Unit
- Information Technology Unit
- Planning /Quality Improvement Unit
In addition, the Division provides leadership and coordination for agency-wide issues, such as Trauma, Refugee Supports, HIPAA Compliance, and the Institutional Review Board for Research Studies. This Division also is the locus of responsibility for the new Global Commitment to Health 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver.
