VAEYC 35th Annual Conference Announcement
The Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children (VAEYC) is pleased to announce that their 35th annual fall conference and retreat, scheduled for October 19th and 20th at the Killington Grand Hotel and Resort in Killington, VT. The VAEYC Early Childhood Conference provides educational opportunities and resources for child educators and practitioners to enhance their ongoing professional development.

VAEYC is currently accepting proposals from qualified individuals who are interested in presenting and/or facilitating a workshop at this year's event.
Proposals may be submitted in one of two ways:
1. PREFERRED: Proposals may be submitted online at www.vaeyc.org. Log on and follow the prompts to the online submission form. Proposals may be submitted until Friday, June 1, 2007.
2. You may download a copy of the application form from www.vaeyc.org and mail completed proposals to VAEYC. Proposals must be postmarked by Friday, June 1st, and sent to:

Proposals will be evaluated using selection criteria including but not limited to developmental appropriateness, clarity, innovation, and audience appeal. Applicants will be notified in mid-June as to the status of their proposal. Presenters will be guests of the conference (limited to two presenters per workshop) and also receive a small stipend.
