This workshop covers the following topics regarding assisting individuals with disabilities in applying for social security benefits: Overview of social security benefits, Medical eligibility, Application procedures, How to best assist in the process, How the claim is processed and Vocational Rehabilitation Services. This event is sponsored the Social Security Administration, Disability Determination Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, the Agency of Human Services and the Field Services Division. Registration and coffee will be at 8:30 AM.
