Vermont Autism Walk to Benefit Vermont families
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT BATTERY PARK at 10 a.m.
Autism Support is a 501(C)3 organization, meaning donations are
tax-deductible as allowed by law. We support Vermont families by providing
information & support in two on-line groups-one for parents, and one for
parents and professionals. We participate in numerous events to help raise
Autism awareness locally. In the past year, we have conducted several
trainings in two counties that were geared towards recruiting and educating
Paraprofessionals. In the past year, we have given local families three
different grant opportunities. We also provide recreational opportunities
for people with Autism and their families, as well as monthly in-person
meetings.
There is no financial obligation to join us in this walk; however, we would
greatly appreciate any funds you can raise!
We are looking for walkers, volunteers, and donors.
