I. Meeting Notes
There were no meetings held this week. The next Staff Relocation Update meeting will be on Thursday, June 7 from 8 – 9 am in the ESD Conference Room, 1193 North Ave.
II. Other Considerations/Updates
A. Guy Norwood from BGS has been working on site layout plans for both the 101 Cherry St. and Williston. He has completed an inventory of the available cubicles at 1193 North Ave. for each of the three departments involved in the relocation and in concert with input from AHS Field Services and the District Management Team will be finalizing the draft to be sent to AHS Secretary’s Office and BGS for their approval.
B. Allen Palmer from BGS is in the process of finalizing the lease for the Williston site and will meet with the developers for confirmation of the floor plan prior to their presentation at the Zoning Board Meeting on June 5.
