Core Team Functions –
 
  • Meets every two months, or as needed, during first year of transition
  • Liaison with the state team
  • Responsible for an overall communications plan (internal/external)
  • Assures that data is meaningful & accurate, & assesses & reports on that data focusing on the state indicators and objectives
  • Identifies & coordinates training/learning opportunity events
  • Evaluates plan activities & outcomes
  • Maintains a master schedule of committee meetings via www.cvtcp.org
  • Recommends changes in state & local budgets
  • Advocates for local & state systems change for long term sustainability
  • Maintains an inventory of grants/memoranda of understanding/protocols
  • Coordinates periodic community meetings
  • Recommends action steps for upcoming FY
