Core Team –
Meets monthly, or as needed Liaison with the state team & Vermont Research Partnership Responsible for the overall Communications Plan Assures that data is meaningful & accurate, & assesses & reports on that data focusing on the state indicators and objectives Identifies & coordinates training/learning opportunity events Evaluates plan activities & outcomes Maintains a master schedule of committee meetings via www.cvtcp.org Recommends changes in state and local budgets Advocates for local & state systems change for long term sustainability Develops an inventory of grants/memoranda of understanding/protocols Provides support to the advisory group (if one exists) Coordinates periodic community meetings Membership is open to all & values the participation of women on the core team and committees Rotating chair & recorder Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month from 2:00 to 3:30 pm at Probation & Parole, 3rd floor, Courthouse Women & Corrections
