AHS-IRB-17, Blended Sentencing for Youthful Offenders, Cheesman.
Request to modify proposal to collect data from DCF Family Services in order to supplement data collected from Family Courts. As is the case with Court data, all data will be encrypted/passworded. Also, Vermont data will not be presented publicly in any sub groupings or otherwise in such a way that identifies youth in a specific region or with a specific juvenile charge/status.

Action: Approved, unanimous. PI alerted that, in addition to IRB approval, the study procedures will need to comply with 42 CFR § 2.52.
